Welcome to the February Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop!
This month we have a color challenge. We were to use 3 - 5 of these colors, So Saffron | Sweet Sorbet | Tahitian Tide | Orchid Oasis | Shaded Spruce. With so many lovely colors to pick from all I could think of was flowers. Of course living in Evergreen, CO we are still in the middle of winter with snow everywhere. Which is I believe is normal for a four season location. But I still begin to think about flowers and planting them around this time of the year. So I will stamp them to my hearts content.
This time I'm sharing a card I made using the Brushed Bouquet Bundle. This is an amazing Two-Step Stamp Set. I adore this type of stamp. The amount of detail you get when you stamp with this type of stamp is amazing. Then there are the dies (which I will save this style for another day). I will only say that you can apply ink with a Sponge Dauber directly to the dies. This time I have used the stamps and all five of the colors for this month's theme. I stamped the largest flower (I assume it is a rose) with Tahitian Tide, So Saffron and Orchid Oasis. The leaf sprigs have been stamped with Shaded Spruce. The Sweet Sorbet is in the mats for the Stitched Greenery die cut and the sentiment die cut.
I hope you enjoyed this stop along our blog hop for this month.
Now I will send you on to the next blog.
