Welcome to the Third Thursdays Blog Hop!
Our theme for this month is Spring has Sprung. Well, Spring means flowers to me so I have another project that I made with the new early release of the Ornate Gardens Suite of Products. This suite will actually be available in the upcoming 2020-2021 Annual Catalog. But Stampin up is releasing this gorgeous suite on April 1, 2020. As a demonstrator I was able to purchase this on March 1st. You can see the 1st project I made here.
I am totally in love with the Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper (SDSP). Those sweet little flowers on a Mint Macaron Background just called my name. I like the way it peeks out behind the Terracotta Tile strip that I had die cut one edge with one of the Ornate Border Dies. I Tied a bow around this strip with the Old Olive ribbon in the Ornate Ribbon combo Pack (the other color is Terracotta Tile). I colored the Daisy My Blends and then popped it up on another Gorgeous Die cut from the Ornate Layers Dies. This one was embossed with the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder 1st and then I ran it through the Big Shot with the die. I heat embossed the "Thanks" from the Ornate Thanks stamp set with White Stampin' Emboss Powder on Early Espresso Cardstock and then die cut it with an All Dressed Up Die. The "ever so much" sentiment was stamped with Early Espresso Ink on Whisper White Cardstock.
I hope you liked my Spring project.

What a beautiful card!
ReplyDeleteSo Springy! I really like the look of embossing that frame with the Subtle folder before die cutting it. Great idea - thanks for sharing :-D

ReplyDeleteJan, this is gorgeous!! That is my favorite pattern in that collection of paper and I love the added detail from the heat embossed sentiment. Love it!
