Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop - Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge

Welcome to the Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop!

This month we have a Tic - Tac - Toe Challenge to play with.  I chose the left diagonal, Texture, Fun & Yellow. For the Texture, I embossed the Spotlight On Nature die cut circle with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder. The Fun, I chose to make a Fun
Fold Card. and for the Yellow, I have yellow flowers.

I pulled out the Lovely & Sweet Bundle and the coordinating Nature's Sweetness Specialty Designer Series Paper (SDSP) to use in this project. I could have die cut the floral image from the SDSP, but I wasn't sure it would hold up to a lot of color adjustments that I do to some of my images. So I heat embossed that image with the Gold Metallic Embossing Powder and then die cut it out with the coordinating Lovely & Sweet Dies. I colored the image with my Stampin' Blends.

The die cut embossed circle underneath the floral image is from the Spotlight On Nature Dies and has been die cut from the SDSP. The card front has been die cut with the Perennial Postage Dies and it too has been die cut from the SDSP. The die cut mat for the sentiment is from the retired Floral Gallery Dies.

I have to thank Laura Seki of Southridge Studio Paper Arts for the fun fold instructions. I did enlarge the card front a bit to frame my die cuts a little better. This one is called a Book Binding Z Fold Card. A new one for me. I think you will have fun with this one too. Give it a try.
