Welcome to December's Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop!
Our theme for this month is Sounds Of The Season. the very first thing that came to my mind was a card that I had cased out of the Jul-Dec Mini Catalog on page 28.
The song is Dashing Through The Snow, and the sentiment is straight out of the song. If you follow my blog you will have seen the other card I made with the Christmas Barn Bundle. I CASEd this card without any editing. It was perfect as is. I bought this bundle for myself. And these cards will go to a family member. I may even frame them. The "frame" on this card is a die from the Snowman Magic Bundle and is die cut from the Painted Christmas Designer Series Paper (DSP). The background is from the Snowy White Velvet Sheets and yes I stamped the trail directly on the velvet. The treesWere stamped with Mossy Meadow, Pear Pizzazz & Early Espresso Inks. I applied the color to the stamp with Sponge Daubers and a Stampin' Write Marker, huffed on the stamp and then stamped it on Basic White Cardstock. The rest of the images were colored with my Stampin' Blends.
I hope you enjoyed my take on the Sounds of the Seasons theme. Now I'm sending you on to your next stop along our blog hop.
