Global Stamping Friends Blog Hop: Theme - Meant To Be

Welcome to the January GSF Blog Hop!

Our theme for this month is Meant To Be! I took this to mean we are to get a jump on Valentine's Day. I thought I wasn't ready for that, as my order isn't all in. But, after I looked at what I did have, I decided to give it a go.

I started with the Sale-A-Bration Host Stamp Set - Punch Party. Hosting a party is an easy way to earn free products-It's also fun! During Sale-A-Bration, place any party or personal order over $300 and receive the exclusive Punch Party Stamp Set for FREE. But, I am a Stampin' Up Demonstrator and am able to order products like this ahead of time to show you some of the wonderful possibilities when you host a party.

Let me show you one of the wonderful stamps available in this exclusive Host Stamp Set.

This stamp coordinates with the Heart Punch Pack, available in the Annual Catalog. I stamped this 1st in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and then again in Magenta Madness. I punched them both out with the Heart Punch. I opted to fussy cut the "oh, baby" from the Tuxedo Black stamped heart and pop it up on the Magenta Madness heart with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals. Then I adhered it to the Magenta Madness Scalloped Heart.

I added a layer of the Black & White Striped  paper from the True Love DSP to my Whisper White Thick Card Front. I adhered the Hearts to the center then colored one of the Flower images from the same True Love DSP pack with Magenta Madness & Just Jade Stampin' Blends Markers. I cut it out and adhered it slightly behind the hearts. I popped up the completed Card Front onto a Card Base of Magenta Madness Cardstock. I added a few Matte Black Dots for accent.

I stamped the Meant To Be from the stamp set of the same name on to the Inside Layer. Added a strip of DSP to the bottom of the Inside Layer along with a image I had fussy cut from the DSP. I added another edge piece to the Envelope Flap.

Now it is time to travel on to Kimberley's Blog to see what inspiration she has for you today.
