Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop - Masculine Sketch Theme

"Welcome to the monthly Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop. This month's theme is a Masculine Sketch. You are currently visiting Jan Musselman from Evergreen, Colorado. I hope you enjoy my project.

I chose the Waterfront stamp set to work with for this card. I am meeting some friends in Durango in a couple of weeks and I plan on taking this with me.

The Card Base is Soft Suede Cardstock. The Card Front is Whisper White Stamped with Old olive Ink using the Crackled Paint background stamp. The Design Layers begin with Whisper White Cardstock that has been embossed with the Woodland TIEF. It has been cut at an angle and I matted it onto Soft Suede. The Whisper White Square is matted onto Soft Suede as well. I used Crushed Curry for the sun, Crumb Cake for the mountains and ground, Pear Pizzazz for the grass and Old Olive for the trees. The water is Balmy Blue. The Sentiment is Heat embossed with White Stampin' Emboss Powder. I added some Burlap Ribbon for the Fishtailed banners and some Old Olive Glitter dots to finish it off.
