Global Stamping Friends Blog Hop - Coordination Is Key

Welcome to the June 2025 GSF Blog Hop!

This month our theme is Coordination. This is something that Stampin' Up! is all about. Your one stop shop for crafting supplies. Every year Stampin' Up! gives us 5 new In Colors. These colors will be available for 2 years.
Today I am sharing one of the cards in my upcoming tutorial bundle, Florals In Bloom. This is a mini slimline card. I am a big fan of die cut words that come with a die cut mat. So the first thing I did was add some Adhesive Sheet to the back of my Basic White Cardstock and die cut the word lovely. Then I die cut the mat from Secret Sea Cardstock. I also wanted to use the new Mini Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder for my card front (FYI You will want to add a 1/16"-1/8" to the length, the little ripples cause shrinkage). I had already stamped & die cut some flowers.

I used the 2025-2027 In Color Designer Series Paper (DSP) to mat the card front. I heat embossed the other words with the Wow, White, Embossing Powder on Secret Sea Cardstock and used my scissors to trim the words down to about 1/2" high. By then I knew I needed to make this card Monochromatic. So I re stamped the foliage in Secret Sea and die cut this again. I adhered all of the elements to the card front. The card base is Basic White Thick. You can get the basic measurements for the mini slimline card & envelope here.

  1. I love this mini slimline size - it's perfect for giving a little bit of cash, or even a gift card. And the monochromatic look gives it such an elegant look. Thanks for sharing :-D
