Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop - Sketch Challenge

Welcome to the May Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop!

This month we have a sketch to play with. I love a good sketch. I have been having a lot of fun with the
Countryside Inn Suite Collection. I love the Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper (DSP). So when I saw the sketch we were given I immediately though of a quilt block look using this wonderful DSP. I started with some Basic White Cardstock that I embossed with the Countryside Blossoms Embossing Folder. I wrapped the corners with strips of the DSP. I added a Vertical strip of the DSP (to replace the vertical sentiment I do not own). I stamped the happy birthday with the Biggest Wish Stamp Set using Night of Navy and Boho Blue Ink (TIP - my Boho blue Ink pad is extremely juicy so I used a Sponge Dauber to ink up my stamp). I used the Countryside Corners Dies to die cut the sentiment, extending the die cut to 4". I popped this up on the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals. It still needed something. I stamped some Petal Park flowers with Boho Blue Ink on both Basic white and Boho Blue Cardstock nd punched them out with the Petal Park Builder Punch. I added some 2023-2025 In Color Dots to some of the flower centers.

I hope you liked my take on this sketch. Now I am sending you on to the next stop on our blog hop. I can't wait to see Danielle's take on this sketch.
