February 2022 Kre8tors Blog Hop Theme - Sale-A-Bration

Welcome to the February 2022 Kre8tors Blog Hop!

Our theme for this month Sale-A-Bration! With only 8 days left we want to remind you of some of the awesome FREE products that are available with a $50 or $100 purchase.

Today I am sharing an interactive card. I've used the Awesome Otters Stamp Set, which is FREE with a $50 purchase, and the Give It A Whirl Dies primarily in this project. I started by taping off the bottom third of the Give it a Whirl front panel. I used a Blending Brush and Balmy Blue Ink to create some water.

Then turned the tape around and using a mask I made from an off cut using the Basic Borders Dies & Balmy Blue Ink again created some clouds in the sky. The grassy knoll also comes from the Basic Borders Dies.

The grass die is from the Garden Dies. I used the Hippo & Friends die for the sentiment and the sentiment is from the Special Moments Sentiments Stamp Set, which is Free with a $100 purchase. The otters are colored with Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends. And the little fish is colored with Pale Papaya Stampin' Blends. The little birds in the sky are Night of Navy ink and are from the Mountain Air Stamp Set.

There are many video tutorials on YouTube on how to create with the Give it a Whirl Dies, but, I thought I would show you where I started with my Otter Images. The say a picture is worth a thousand words, not this time. I knew I was going to use the Circle aperture, so I made copy paper templates/masks.

Now it is time to see what Dana has in the way of Sale-A-Bration inspiration for you today.
