Global Stamping Friends Love & Friends Blog Hop

Welcome to the GSF Blog Hop!

Our theme for the month of February is Love & Friends. We are in the last Month of our Sale-A-Bration promotion & Valentines Day is just 10 days away.

I have 2 Sale-A-Bration products to share with you today. The Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Paper ( a level one FREE product ) & the Special Moments sentiment Stamp Set ( a level 2 Free Product).

PRODUCT DETAIL

Add a touch of gentle elegance with the Daffodil Afternoon 12" x 12"  Designer Series Paper (DSP). Imagery in the pattern paper includes soft spring blooms of daisies, poppies, and daffodils. Paper includes a mix of larger blooms and greenery that can be fussy-cut to create paper elements and repeating patterns for card fronts or layers. The jewel tone colors of the paper will elevate your homemade cards to a new level of sophistication. Add stamped images, greetings, and die-cut elements with the coordinating Daffodil Daydream Bundle.

I have created another Mini Slimline card using this beautiful DSP. On this sheet of paper I was able to get 2 - 3" x 6" card fronts out of a 3" x 12" strip, that is a possible 6 - 8 card fronts from this one sheet. Which by the way, is so pretty I let it be the focal point of this card. I matted the card front onto another sheet of this DSP,  and the card base is Mossy Meadow Cardstock. The inside layer is trimmed with a strip of this DSP and I also made an envelope to match.

  1. So pretty! I love how you coordinate your card, the inside of your card, and your envelope. I got this DSP because it was free, but I haven't used it yet!!! This looks like a great card to start with - thanks for sharing :-D

  2. Lovely card! I was afraid that the DSP would be very dark but it is very pretty with the yellow and pink colors.
