Welcome to the January GSF Blog Hop!

This month we are focused on the NEW. On January 4th the Jan-Jun 2022 Mini Catalog & the Jan 4th - Feb 28th Sale-A-Bration Brochure went live online. So we will have plenty of NEW Stampin' products to share with you.

One of the new stamp sets in the new catalog that I was immediately drawn to is the Flowing Flowers. The 1st reason is that it is a DistINKtive flower set. I love flowers. the 2nd reason was the sentiments. It covers all of my bases. Happy Birthday, Thank You & Just a Note. I was in need of a Birthday Card for my Grand Daughter In Law so I used that as the excuse to ink up this new product. 

I have used a Sponge Daubers, Stampin Write Markers & Wink Of Stella on this project. I actually stamped a 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of Basic White Cardstock with this set. Her favorite Colors are Pink & Purple, this time I went with Polished Pink, Old Olive and Crumb Cake inks. I also used the Quiet Meadow & Eden's Garden stamps as fillers.

 I used the Sponge Daubers on the flowers and the leaves (Polished Pink for the Flowers & Old Olive for the Leaves) and the Stampin' Write Marker on the Dots ( Crumb Cake, I inked up the stamp on the dotted areas with the marker). The worded phrase stamp from Quiet meadow is stamped with Crumb Cake ink too.

Here are 2 of the other cards I have created with this stamp set. I did not set out to create anything as ambitious as a One Sheet Wonder, I just knew that I wanted 3 different cards for my most used sentiments.
