Third Thursdays Blog Hop theme - Last Minute Lucy

 

Welcome to the 3rd Thursdays Blog Hop!

The theme for this month is: Last Minute Lucy. The idea is to share quick projects you can make in a time crunch, including fun little stocking stuffers, altered notebooks/notepads, and/or maybe projects that don't take a lot of stamping.

Ok, my last minute makes are treat holders for my family. My husbands mother always had Ferrero Rocher candy at Christmas. This year I made 5 little boxes for Ferrero Rocher 3 packs that I found at the Dollar Tree. I used the Painted Christmas Designer Series Paper and the Christmas To Remember stamp set for most of these Boxes. 

For my daughter, who is a breast cancer survivor, I always purchase Paleo Chocolates from Natural Grocers. These chocolates needed a bigger box. I pulled out a Mini Paper Pumpkin Box and decorated it with the wonderful two step stamped die cuts from the Painted Christmas Suite.

If you follow my blog or facebook page you have seen this design on the Christmas Card I made for the Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop last week. The only difference was size and the sentiment. All of the treat boxes had the same sentiment. Ok, so I seem to lose the keep it simple battle when it comes to the last treat holder, which is always for my daughter. LOL

So the only things left to do is wrap presents and bake cookies. With 8 days to go I should be able to handle that, right??? 🎄😬🎅🏻😳
