Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop - Fun Folds Time

Welcome to the Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop!

This month's theme is Fun Folds. There are so many wonderful fun folds to choose from. Which is a good thing, I just needed to choose one that was new to me. I have been doing quite a few fun folds lately. But a quick trip to Pinterest was just what I needed to find one that would work with the project I had in mind.

Today I am sharing a Double Gatefold Card that I made using the Fragrant Flowers Bundle. This bundle was released in the January Online Exclusives. It has several different ways to use the stamps and dies. I chose to stamp the floral image with Secret Sea Ink and heat emboss with Clear Embossing Powder. I used a Water Painter and Secret Sea Ink to watercolor the flowers. Then used Old Olive for the leaves and Daffodil Delight for the flower centers. I also heat embossed the sentiment with Black Embossing Powder.

The card base, gate fold base & top layer mat are Secret Sea Cardstock. I used the 2025-2027 In Color Designer Series Paper (DSP) for the layering. The floral image has been popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals on the Top layers. I had to work out the  math for the card measurements. You can find a photo with the measurements at the bottom of this post.

I hope you like my version of the double gate fold card. If you did like this card please leave a comment. I love to read them. Now it's time to travel on to the next stop along our blog hop.
