New At Su! Blog Hop - Peace On Earth

Welcome to the New At SU! December 2025 Blog Hop!

This month we have a sketch challenge to share with you. Sketchs can be a great way to jump start your creativity. Especially this time of the year. I don't know about you but I start to get a little frazzled about now. Keeping up with all that goes on in my life. So when I sit down to create a project using a sketch I know it won't be long before I have finished it. And this sketch is such a fun one to play with.
I started with my sentiments. Both of them were stamped with Secret Sea Ink. The card front sentiment was die cut with the Textured Notes Dies. I die cut the labels next, using the Peaceful Days Two-Toned Cardstock for the smaller label and the larger label was die cut from the Peaceful Garden Glimmer Paper.

I embossed the smaller label with the Peaceful Garden 3D Embossing Folder. Then I adhered the 2 labels together with Stampin' Dimensionals. I matted the sentiment with a strip of the glimmer Paper. Next I finished the die cutting using Basic White for the dove, Peaceful Garden Designer Series Paper (DSP) for the larger leaf sprigs. And Gray & Green Glimmer Paper for the small leaf sprigs.

I used Secret Sea Cardstock for the card base. The 1st & 2nd layers are from the Peaceful Garden DSP. I adhered them to the card base with Liquid Glue. Then adhered the labels the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals. I adhered the matted sentiment strip to the card front with stacked up Dimensionals. I adhered the leaf sprigs with dots of Liquid Glue. The dove is adhere with a Dimensional and the tiny leaf sprig is adhered with a rolled up Mini Glue Dot. I tied a little knot with the Misty Moonlight Silver Edged Ribbon and tucked it under the sentiment strip with a Glue Dot. And then added a few Hues Of Blue Flowers to finish this card front. The inside layer is finished with a strip of the DSP and a leaf sprig die cut.

I hope you enjoyed my take on this sketch. Now it is time to go to your next sop along our blog hop. Please leave s comments as you go. We all love seeing your responses.
